Refund policy

We stand behind all of our products. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase please reach out to info@lonsdaleleather.com and we are happy to assist you. 

We accept exchanges or store-credit for unused tools and hardware in-store, within 30 days of purchase

Leather, straps, lace, fur, rugs, Techsew Machines, and cut Raccagni zipper are all final sale

 

Shipped Returns & Exchanges

For returns and exchanges within Canada requiring shipping, we will generate a return label for you via Canada Post, to ensure a streamlined return process

Prior to sending a return label, we will provide a quote of the cost of the shipping label. For exchanges this will be invoiced to you prior to the label purchase. In the case of a return/refund, this fee will be deducted from your refund amount total once the parcel is received.

There will be a 5% fee on all returns, to cover processing fees on our end.

Workshops

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance. Refunds will not be given if cancellation or rescheduling happens within that window.

Sick Policy

We respect that sickness/illness happens unexpectedly, in the case of becoming ill within 7 days of the workshop, students will be refunded the cost of materials. 

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed, if done at least 7 days prior to the start of the scheduled workshop. If rescheduling occurs more than 3 times for the same workshop, the workshop will be automatically refunded less the cost of the admin fee

Admin Fee

There is a non-refundable $20 admin fee for all workshops. This helps us cover the cost of charges accrued from cancellations
