Sourced from a Canadian farm and tannery in Ontario, the ostrich are raised for eggs and meat, and the leather is a byproduct, ensuring minimal waste and ethical production.
Each leg features rich textures, and variable grain patterns. These pieces are ideal for small accessories like wallets, keychain, bracelets and jewelry, inlays, and much more.
They have a slight waxy touch with a medium/soft temper, and are about 3oz around the sides, and about 5oz down the front of the shin.
These pieces are around 1-2sqft. They include not only the leg, but areas over and above the knuckle bone, and are larger than most you can find around!
